Conference Organizers
The Italian Society of Microscopical Sciences (SISM) is the official host society of the 18th Multinational Congress on Microscopy. One of Europe’s longest-standing microscopy societies, SISM brings together researchers across life sciences, materials science, and instrumentation.
In organizing MCM 2027, SISM is joined by Area Science Park, a major European research and innovation campus in Trieste hosting advanced research infrastructures. Together, they provide strong scientific leadership for the congress.
